RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Stamford, CT that is seeking a UX Designer IV. A portfolio of previous work may be necessary to be hired for this position.

Responsibilities:
In this role, the UX Designer is responsible for improving the user's experience of using a product, such as making it easier to use and more enjoyable. This typically applies to computer hardware or software. UX Designers work with developers, analysts, and other designers to determine changes and preferences in the market.

UX Designers may design and create wireframes for products, as well as develop and test prototypes, and actual end-users are often used to determine whether a product can be used as intended. After testing is complete, modifications should be introduced and more testing will be carried out until the product reaches its best form. Much of this work is done on teams, though there are also individual responsibilities which include meeting time-constraints. After the product has been introduced to the market, it must then be evaluated for success and feedback from customers, and modifications may be made for future editions.

Responsibilities:
* Conducting thorough user research, user testing, and gathering feedback to ensure the product meets user needs
* Crafting clear and concise user interface text that guides users through a product
* Ensuring design workflows are inclusive and accessible

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a computer-related field is generally required, though experience may be substituted for education in some cases
* 7+ years of experience in UX Design
* Prototyping and Wireframing: Experience creating wireframes, low or high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and user flows
* Experience in Adobe Suite, HTML, CAD and CSS is necessary for this position
* Proficiency in visual design software like Figma and Sketch
* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other coding languages to collaborate effectively with developers
* Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems
* Experience with agile methodologies and project management to ensure timely delivery of design projects
* Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies
