Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of enterprise-scale e-commerce programs and customer-facing experience.
Partner with clients, product owners, and internal teams to define delivery roadmaps and business priorities.
Ensure seamless execution of projects while maintaining high quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
Oversee cross-functional, globally distributed teams (engineering, design, QA, DevOps, operations).
Drive adoption of agile delivery methodologies and program governance best practices.
Act as the primary escalation point for clients and senior stakeholders.
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure alignment with customer experience goals.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of IT/digital delivery experience, with 5+ years in a delivery leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering customer-facing e-commerce platforms (web and mobile).
Deep knowledge of digital commerce technologies (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, SAP Commerce, Shopify Plus, or custom solutions).
Strong client and stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication.
Hands-on experience with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
Ability to manage large, distributed delivery teams across geographies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
