Job Details

The Technology Delivery Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing small-to-midsize IT projects while providing hands-on technical support and implementation expertise. This role serves as the crucial link between technical staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring technical initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive IT project documentation including charters, schedules, task lists, and resource plans while serving as the primary point of contact for project updates, leading status meetings, and reporting progress, risks, and roadblocks to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors and consultants, ensuring deliverables meet contract specifications, security requirements, and project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, required diagrams, user guides, and training materials.
  • Oversee security and compliance for all IT projects, ensuring adherence to organizational cybersecurity policies including endpoint security, access controls, and data protection and implementing technical safeguards to maintain HIPAA compliance for systems handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Serve as a core member of the incident response team for critical issues, coordinating communication and resolution efforts during major system failures or security breaches.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes for greater efficiency, security, and reliability.
  • Provide hands-on technical support assisting with system configuration, application testing, hardware deployment, and user acceptance testing while also participating in the on-call rotation to resolve critical infrastructure or system issues outside regular business hours.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 3 5 years in IT support, technical coordination, or IT management role, with exposure to project-based work. Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, networking fundamentals, endpoint security, and identity management.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA, NIST, or ISO 27001 frameworks; experience implementing security best practices.
  • Project Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical users.
