Job Details

Network WAN (Wide Area Network) Support Engineers - Remote

Work hours -8.00 am-5.00 pm EST - Need to work in EST hours- 8-hour shift

Rate DOE

Core Skills

Experience in Medium to large networks, IP Routing, Switching, and Security principles.

Hands-on experience with MPLS, OSPF, and BGP, and how they interact with the network.

Understanding of real-time traffic queuing and prioritizing on LAN and WAN networks.

Demonstrated operational success with a powerful data-driven analytical approach towards solving complex challenges.

Experience with implementations of solutions involving large data centers, inter-business routing plans, site2site IPSEC VPNs, FWs, and MPLS VPNs.

Hands-on skills with Cisco IOS-XE are required, and experience with Cisco IOS-XR and Nexus OS is preferred. Connecting lab equipment, creating proof of concept, and documenting solutions with diagrams and proper descriptions are required.
