IT Infrastructure Management & Technical Support - Provide IT support for end user devices, and Smart Hands and Eyes support for IT systems, including, hardware, POS, and software, at the primary hospital location and associated sites.
- Address all issues promptly and within SLAs
- Respond to IT service requests and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide face to face walk up IT support at designated Tech Bar
- Provide IT Support for IMAC and Project IMAC activities. Help with IMAC execution and pre-execution.
- Provide support for VIP users if required.
Collaboration and Training - Work closely with healthcare staff to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on the use of IT systems, software, and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.
Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions for management review.
Project Support - Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, such as system migrations, upgrades, and expansions.
- Provide technical expertise and support for the integration of new technologies and systems.

- Diploma / Bachelors degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical staff.
- Ability to travel to associated cluster sites as needed.
