Qualifications:

Client is seeking a collaborative, organized, and strategic HR Project Manager to oversee a variety of high-priority enablement initiatives for the People Team. You will manage an HRIS/ERP system integration project collaborating closely with a third-party vendor and multiple internal departments. As a change agent, you will help create a new center of excellence program that will focus on continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the People Team. Three days each week in our midtown Manhattan headquarters will be required.

**From the manager: We'd love to have someone who has been involved in establishing an enterprise PMO. So either someone that has been in a position from the ground up or someone who has worn many hats (not just PM, but program reporting and owning a project roadmap, etc.).

Some projects that we have coming up which this person would support include: creation of a consultant engagement library and scorecard system, standardization and scaling of our report (admin level, not strategic), and meeting and decision making frameworks.
