Position- Facets Coding Analyst consultant

Type- 100% Remote

Visa- No H1

Rate- $50/hr on C2C

Please answer the following screening questions:

• How many years of direct medical coding and medical billing experience do you have? Is it in a Managed Care environment?
• Do you have a current certification- Certified Medical Coder (CPC, RHIT or RHIA) ?
• Describe your knowledge of CPT, HCPCS and ICD-CM Codes.

This consultant should have a minimum of five (5) years of medical coding and medical billing experience. Strong Coding, Facets and Managed Care experience, as well as possession of a current Certified Medical Coder Certification (CPC, RHIT or RHIA) are required.

• The Coding Analyst III develops, documents and maintains code level benefit definitions at the Enterprise level for a multi-state and multi-market organization.
• Certified Medical Coder Certification (CPC, RHIT or RHIA) is required
• Knowledge in CPT, HCPCS and ICD-CM Codes
• Claims related reference data, such as types of bill, revenue codes, places of service
• Upstream and downstream impacts of code level benefit details
• Medicare, Medicaid or Marketplace insurance benefits preferred
• Claims processing knowledge
• Regulatory requirements of Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and other payer requirements, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of medical coding or medical billing experience required
• Managed Care experience is required, preferably associated with benefits coding, claims processing, and / or benefit configuration
• Strong Coding, and Facets system experience required
