Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Manage supply chain projects within a broader program, often involving complex, multi-tiered initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, using standard project management methodologies.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans while balancing multiple stakeholder needs.
  • Drive focus, accountability, and clarity across the program and individual project teams.
  • Coordinate Client, resources, and timelines for well-defined project outcomes.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Assist in the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions to resolve operational inefficiencies.
  • Project Support & Execution:
  • Provide analytical and planning support for strategic transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project objectives.
  • Performance Metrics & KPIs:
  • Track, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess strategy effectiveness.
  • Use metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and align on project goals.
  • Facilitate decision-making by presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to inform senior management.
