  • Own the technical roadmap for CoE initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with business analysts and program managers to translate functional requirements into technical designs
  • Review and optimize solution architecture across modules such as SAM, CDD, IFM, WLF, or others
  • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and development workflows within the CoE
  • Act as a technical SME for both clients and internal delivery teams

  • Experience with Financial Services applications, ideally in AML, fraud, or compliance domains
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in module configuration or SDK development
  • Familiarity with Java, Oracle/MS SQL, and Unix/Linux environments
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance architectures in banking or capital markets
  • Experience in setting up CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and automation frameworks
  • Ability to grow into a technical leadership role within a global CoE structure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building scalable solutions
