Job Title: Infor Support Lead
Location: Remote (Canada)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infor Support Lead with expertise in ERP system administration, customization, and integration development. This role requires advanced knowledge of CloudSuite GHR and Lawson S3, alongside integration management and API connectivity with third-party applications. The ideal candidate will lead module development, interface optimization, and system enhancements to support business operations efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Expertise & Support:

  • Administer and maintain CloudSuite GHR with advanced expertise.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in third-party applications such as MSCM and BSI.

Module Development & Enhancement:

  • Design, develop, and implement new modules for HR, AP, Finance, Content Management, Imaging, and Supply Chain in Infor CloudSuite.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize development efforts based on strategic business needs.
  • Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure performance and maintainability.

Integration & Interface Management:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between Infor CloudSuite and third-party systems (e.g., UKG Kronos, ImageNow, APIA, Remitra).
  • Ensure seamless data exchange and process automation across integrated systems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve integration-related issues, improving system functionality.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in ERP System Administration & Customization (CloudSuite GHR, Lawson S3).
  • Strong experience in Integration Development & API Management, facilitating ERP to third-party connectivity.
  • Proven ability to resolve technical challenges, optimize business processes, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills to align ERP solutions with business objectives.
