Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant with a strong focus on TMFORUM Customer Centricity and Customer Experience. The role will drive impactful customer engagement strategies and experience transformation initiatives for global clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer experience transformation projects aligned with TMFORUM standards and frameworks.
  • Analyze business needs to develop strategies for improving customer centricity across functions.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on TMFORUM methodologies and CX best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric initiatives and assess their impact.
  • Provide advisory on integrating CX metrics into business operations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and TMFORUM updates.
  • Prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of TMFORUM Customer Centricity and Customer Experience frameworks.
  • Proven experience in CX transformation consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience leading workshops and training on CX.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital transformation and its impact on CX.
  • Background in telecom or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and feedback systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years in consulting, with a focus on customer experience and centricity.
  • Hands-on experience with TMFORUM standards.
  • Relevant CX certifications (preferred).
