Job Role Profile:
The selected individual will undertake the role of Patient Claims Data Analyst, specializing within the Life Sciences sector. This crucial position centers around the analysis and interpretation of comprehensive patient and physician claims data to synthesize strategic insights, support business objectives, and facilitate actionable solutions for clientele within the health and pharmaceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement in systematic data investigation utilizing IQVIA resources, spearheading analytical processes, and unearthing significant trends within elaborate data landscapes.
- Execution of business consulting and proficient project oversight tasks, incorporating established consultative techniques, client-facing communication, meticulous project execution, and fostering strong partnerships with client personnel, while aligning activities according to the organization's strategic imperatives.
Prerequisites and Qualifications:
- An established track record with 3 to 5 years of pertinent employment history in both consultative roles and within the Life Sciences sector.
- Demonstrable capability in handling priority tasks effectively and delivering consistently superior results within set timelines.
- Profound understanding of core pharmaceutical commerce operations.
- Previous exposure to health-related data, particularly comprising physician and patient claims analysis, with an emphasis on IQVIA datasets.
- Experience in client engagement involving areas such as Customer Journey, Segmentation, Promotion Analysis, Sales Metrics, Market Share, and Patient Data Studies, in addition to proficiency in Forecasting, Supply Chain Metrics, and Market Access.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and expert aptitude in data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
- Technical acumen with one or more of the following programming languages or environments: SAS, SQL, R, Python, Excel VBA, Cloudera, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Proven track record in forming and nurturing consultative partnerships with upper management and key stakeholders within the Life Sciences domain.
- Solid grounding in the application of consulting strategies, instruments, and methodologies related to specialized functional areas.
Core Functions:
- Directs both in-house and external project groups in the formation and successful realization of proposed client-directed solutions.
- Heads the collation of project demands, shaping solutions that are profitable and achieve high customer contentment with minimal supervision from higher management.
- Manages the proposal development process including amendments to ensure bid coherence.
- Orchestrates project timelines and targets, overseeing projects from initiation to conclusion with negligible guidance.
- Proposes solutions to complex issues and responsive adaptation to various challenges.
- Acts as a principal liaison with clients, ensuring communication and client satisfaction.
- Delivers client reports and presentations, and articulate findings to clients.
- Identifies opportunities for continued client engagement and future projects.
- Ensures a high level of client contentment post-project completion.
- Continuously heightens expertise through professional development opportunities and contributes to the knowledge pool within the company.
- Actively mentors and supports colleagues, promoting excellence in delivering world-class solutions for clientele.
