Role: Salesforce CPQ Billing Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
8+ years of experience in technical program management focused on Revenue & QTC systems.
Deep understanding of end-to-end QTC processes: lead-to-opportunity, quoting, CPQ, contract management, order management, billing, and revenue recognition (e.g., ASC 606).
Expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, Billing and Integration with NetSuite.
Proven ability to design and manage integrations between CRM, CPQ, ERP, and billing systems.
Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience managing programs in dynamic environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.
Initiates requirements gathering independently
Asks detailed questions about initiatives
Understands the basic configuration of the Application/Domain System, and gains deep understanding of the automated processes to which one is assigned
Writes effective User Stories, including a problem statement, with defined trigger points, testing Scenarios and tech recommendations
Performs data analysis on processes related to initiatives within scope
Initiates and performs UAT with business stakeholders, showing clear comprehension of the requested new process flow
Able to do standard reporting out of domain system
Able to respond to, escalate or resolve day to day operational items
Writes and sends updates, such as status reports on initiatives, or comments on stories independently and on a timely basis
