Job Role: Workday Developer with Extend Exp
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ month contract
Role Description:
- Design and develop Workday Extend applications to meet evolving business needs.
- 7-10 years of experience working with Workday Development, Core Connectors, ElBs, Workday Studio, and PECI.
- Collaborate with functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to understand requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
- Develop and support Workday configuration, integrations, and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance Workday security configurations in coordination with IT policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom Workday applications or integrations.
- Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and tenant management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, configuration, and support guides.
- Stay up to date with Workday product updates, particularly Workday Extend and other platform services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers or analysts as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Workday Developer Certifications (Workday Extend, Workday Studio, or other relevant modules).
- 7-10+ years of hands-on Workday development experience including experience with Workday Extend applications.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, ElBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Experience with Workday security model, business process configuration, and reporting (Custom Reports, Calculated Fields).
- Strong understanding of Workday's object model and data architecture.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
