Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with over 10 years of experience in frontend development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript, and modern UI/UX principles. You ll be responsible for leading frontend architecture, mentoring developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-performance, scalable, and user-centric applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex and scalable frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript
- Lead UI architecture and make technology recommendations based on business needs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Develop reusable components and front-end libraries
- Optimize components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to implement new features
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices
- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Handle integration with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
- Contribute to continuous improvement in team practices, coding standards, and workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of frontend development experience, including 5+ years with React.js
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
- Strong understanding of React hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
- Experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets
- Knowledge of unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies
- Experience in performance tuning, code splitting, and lazy loading
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG), SEO best practices, and responsive design
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures
- Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js
- Familiarity with design systems (Material-UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI, etc.)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud-native practices
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
