About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join a dynamic team supporting the Risk Insight platform-a data warehouse aggregating market risk data from simulation systems. This role is part of a pilot program and involves both maintaining existing systems and contributing to a long-term redesign initiative.

You will work closely with a small, collaborative team (4 on-site, 3 offshore) and be expected to wear multiple hats, contributing to both business-as-usual (BAU) operations and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, SSIS).
  • Build and optimize ETL processes and stored procedures for large-scale data integration.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements in an Agile environment.
  • Participate in daily Scrum meetings and bi-weekly sprints, typically handling 3-4 stories per sprint.
  • Support cloud-based development initiatives, including APIs and microservices.
  • Contribute to front-end development using Angular (small but growing component).
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality, and risk management standards.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to peers and junior developers.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • .NET / .NET Core
    • Microsoft SQL Server and complex SQL queries
    • SSIS and ETL processing
  • Experience working with large databases and messaging systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure) and cloud architecture.
  • Exposure to financial services, capital markets, or risk management systems.
  • Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks.
Work Environment & Culture
  • Fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a multi-year system redesign.
  • Emphasis on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Additional Notes
  • This is a net new contract role with no current plans for conversion to FTE.
  • All resumes must be submitted via Beeline; direct communication with the hiring manager is not permitted while the position is open.
