Required Skills:

Looking for Project Management professional with over 3 years of experience in performing/leading PMO activities for large scale projects. Role requires coordinating with multiple teams on the project and multiple stakeholders on the client side (State entity).

Below are the primary responsibilities :

Project & Program Management:

keep track of deliverables and timelines;

Coordinate with stakeholders to keep track of action items, risks, and issues;

Ensure timely communication to stakeholders;

Proactively identify challenges and work with stakeholders and leadership to prioritize changes;

Support team with project governance by adhering to project compliance standards;

Having good financial acumen in understanding contract structure, finance variables in execution will be added advantage.

Metrics & Reporting:

Generate regular and ad hoc project management reports for leadership group as required;

Ensure quality of the reports meets Deloitte and client standards;

Manage multiple trackers to support the report out of operational metrices;

Capture, publish, and maintain minutes of meetings, report progress and health of projects;

Status reporting of milestones and deliverables, project risks and issues, CCBs etc.;

Should be able to work with CRM tools like Salesforce for Tracking project finances would be added benefit.

Communication & Collaboration:

Prepare, update, and maintain presentations to be used for internal and client meetings, reviews, etc.;

Support creation and maintenance of internal project documentations leveraging tools such as Confluence, Jama, and Jira;

Should be Self-Organized & and a great collaborator with teams.

Engagement:

Support and plan key team activities such as periodic leadership meetings, team meetings, etc.

Work with cross functional teams for logistics, be the first point of escalation for smooth execution. Facilitate Team Collaboration and effective Communication.

Process Excellence:

Regularly review and enhance existing processes to improve processes.

Tools/ Technology:

Required

Expertise in using Microsoft tools such as Power Point, Word, Excel, and Visio;

Excellent Communication ( Written/Verbal)

Preferred:

Atlassian Suite: JIRA; Confluence;

CAPM or PMP certified is an added advantage.

Agile Certifications such at PSM, CSM, SAFe
