Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product content strategies for digital platforms. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple teams to ensure that content initiatives align with organizational objectives, while driving efficiency and quality in content production processes. This position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement a comprehensive product content strategy that supports business goals across print and digital platforms.

Coordinate the annual content calendar by working closely with product management, technical writing, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Identify and execute process improvements to optimize content production workflows, enhance reusability, and reduce errors.

Oversee the entire product content lifecycle, including creation, publication, evaluation, archiving, and removal.

Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of product information.

Implement quality control measures and auditing processes to maintain the integrity of content across platforms.

Create product catalogs and web pages tailored to specific marketing personas, ensuring they are accessible and informative.

Manage vendor relationships related to content development and eCommerce merchandising.

Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and technology teams to ensure alignment between content initiatives and organizational priorities.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management within a manufacturing environment.

PIM REQUIRED

Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in content management.

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams and stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and processes
