Title : Senior Workday Payroll SME
Duration: 3 - 6 months contract - Fully remote
Work hours: Core hours approximately 7:30am 3:30pm PT; flexibility required and may extend past core hours as needed
Internal overview notes about the role: Payroll stabilization role following Sept 28 Workday go-live. Issues originate from daily integrations with MyEvolve, a required third-party scheduling/time system used by Autism Services. Missing and incorrect time/mileage data is flowing into Workday and impacting payroll accuracy. HM needs a senior, certified SME who can diagnose integration failures, recommend fixes, and materially reduce payroll errors.

- What will this person be doing?:
- Analyzing payroll-related integration errors from MyEvolve to Workday
- Reviewing error logs and payroll discrepancies
- Partnering with HRIS, Payroll, and MyEvolve teams to stabilize feeds
- Recommending configuration and integration improvements
- Reducing payroll errors and rework by ~90%
