Job Details
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
experience managing enterprise-level software or cloud implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms, customer service operations, and API integrations.
Experience managing Agile delivery teams and applying project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/SAFe).
Proficiency with project management and DevOps tools (JIRA, ADO, GitHub, Jenkins).
Technical acumen with hands-on experience or oversight of testing tools (Cypress, SOAP UI), automation frameworks, and SQL/MongoDB.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
