Project Details:

The Commercial Platforms are a key differentiator to win and grow Commercial business for Mastercard. The Smart Data platform is central to our commercial strategy and success. This Senior Specialist role will support the Director of Product Management for Smart Data s portal in delivering differentiating product platform features and functionality.
The Senior Specialist will actively contribute to the agile development process, testing, and release support. This role will collaborate closely with Engineering, User experience design, and other stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end quality of Smart Data features and enhancements.This role reports to the Director of Product Management Smart Data Portal and supports targeted features and modules of the Smart Data platform.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the execution and delivery of product features into the market
  • Assist in managing the Smart Data roadmap/strategy and backlog for Platform Portal
  • Prioritize and manage tickets and defects
  • Provide quality assurance (testing and release support) for assigned enhancements and features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Translate product requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Validate technical delivery to ensure alignment with product requirements
  • Prepare product-specific presentations for internal partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to product-specific and program-wide metrics and reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Required:

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Experience in agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Strong skills in writing user stories, defining business outcomes, and acceptance criteria
  • Clear and effective communication with peers, clients, and leadership
  • Experience with B2B and/or B2C web portals
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive UI/UX
  • Familiarity with commercial credit card products and transaction flows
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
