Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HSE Specialist I to join their team. This role focuses on supporting the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) Centre of Excellence (CoE) in integrating and improving QHSE processes and procedures across a global business framework. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing QHSE standards, including ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001, and will work closely with the QHSE CoE Manager. This position is based in West Tulsa, OK and offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and integration of global QHSE policies and procedures in alignment with ISO standards.
- Manage and oversee the QHSE documentation framework and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Administer SharePoint and other digital tools to enhance QHSE process efficiency and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the Quality and HSE teams to communicate relevant updates and changes across the organization.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance QHSE practices and outcomes.
- Support the management of third-party verification and certification processes.
- Contribute to the elevation of the QHSE CoE’s visibility and impact within the company through effective communication strategies.
- Maintain and manage the company’s QHSE Recognition Program to promote and reward compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Quality and/or Health, Safety, and Environmental roles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with SharePoint administration or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
