Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or project support.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent.
- Experience working in Agile environments or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., healthcare, finance, technology].
