OCM Change Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2 5 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or project support.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
  • Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Agile environments or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., healthcare, finance, technology].
