Healthcare Recruiter (High-Volume)
100% Remote | 6+ Month Contract
MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF INDIANA
Do not apply unless you currently live in Indiana. This is a hard requirement.
This is a high-energy, high-impact recruiting role for someone who truly enjoys the pace of healthcare hiring and knows how to keep a lot of plates spinning without dropping the important ones. You ll be running full-cycle recruiting for a large volume of clinical roles, helping teams hire faster while still delivering a thoughtful, professional candidate experience.
Yes, the role is fully remote, but due to regulatory and client requirements, you must be physically located in Indiana. If you re local and thrive in fast-moving environments, this is a great long-term opportunity with real momentum.
You ll partner closely with hiring leaders, build and maintain strong pipelines, screen candidates at scale, and keep everything moving from intake through offer and onboarding. Speed matters here but so does communication, follow-through, and compliance.
What this role really looks like day-to-day
You ll manage a steady flow of requisitions across multiple locations and specialties, proactively source candidates, conduct high-volume phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through offers, background checks, and credentialing. You ll track recruiting metrics, spot bottlenecks, and continuously fine-tune how hiring gets done, all while keeping hiring managers informed and candidates engaged.
