Job Title: LabWare Tester / CSV/LIMS Tester
Location: Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid 2-3 days per week

High Level Scope: Writing test scripts, defects and executing them for Labware applications
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of LabWare LIMS software to ensure its functionality, usability, and performance meet the required standards.
Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on project requirements and specifications.
Perform manual testing as well as automated testing using relevant testing tools and frameworks.
Identify and report software defects, bugs, and inconsistencies in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with software developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and resolve any issues that arise during the testing phase.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide insights and recommendations for improving software quality.
Maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and any related testing activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in LabWare LIMS software testing methodologies and tools.
Assist in the continuous improvement of the software testing process and implement best practices.
Contribute to the overall quality assurance efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
