Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated UX/UI XXgner to create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
  • The candidate will design the overall functionality of digital products and iteXX based on user feedback.
  • The role includes developing interfaces for various digital platforms and employing a user-centered design approach backed by research and testing.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Facilitating user experience design research through methods such as user interviews, diary studies, usability testing, tracking usability metrics, A/B testing, and card sorting.
  • Leading design ideation and delivering service design blueprints, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
Experience:
  • Experience creating GUI designs based on user interaction and performance
  • Proven experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, or UI designer for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of web development limitations and usage.
  • Experience designing emotionally intuitive online experiences.
  • Expertise in user research, including interviews and surveys, and translating findings into visual flows and prototypes.
  • Ability to design overall product functionality and iteratively improve based on user testing.
  • Experience delivering wireframes, user stories, mockups, and prototypes optimized across devices.
  • Ability to support product vision through prototyping and user testing.
  • Skill in identifying design issues and developing elegant solutions.
  • StXXgic design and UX decision-making for core and new functions/features.
  • Experience collecting user feedback and refining interfaces accordingly.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management, with a team-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
  • Create user-centered designs supported by research and usability testing
  • Synthesize user research into actionable documents like personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.
  • Conduct design thinking workshops to address complex design problems.
  • Apply service design methods for end-to-end user experience and backend alignment.
  • CollaboXX with business, product, and development teams.
  • Deliver accessible and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
  • Provide mentorship and effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Use strategic and pragmatic approaches tailored to organizational needs.
Should Have:
  • Knowledge of network security and network protocols.
Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present and explain design ideas clearly.
  • Capability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence with stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Coaching and mentoring capabilities for team members.
