Location: OH- Downtown Cincinnati, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Corporate Finance Director in data discovery and exploration activities, which includes sourcing, cleaning, and analyzing financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making

Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple databases and systems, ensuring data quality and consistency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Accounting, Planning, and Analytics to interpret ambiguous data sets, identify trends, anomalies, and insights critical for financial planning and forecasting

Prepare and present clear, actionable reports and visualizations that summarize data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive data tasks or improve data processes using new tools and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a data-related discipline such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field

1-2 years of data analysis experience including proficiency in SQL and experienced in working with complex and ambiguous data sets

Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati office 4 days a week

Highly motivated self-starter with a keen willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying technical information clearly to diverse audiences

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000 or the hourly equivalent.
