Job Title : QA Test Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Remote)

Duration : 4 months with 4 optional years

Required Skill:

• Creating and executing system test plans
• Performance Testing
• Performance monitoring tools (e.g., JProfiler, JMeter)
• Test tools (JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, etc.)
• Unit testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, etc)
• Experience and understanding of the full software life cycle with specific emphasis on the testing discipline
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills)
• Manage, perform, monitor, and report on test activities
• Oversee user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing
• Review, update and create test strategy, suites, and scripts
• Document and report test results and problem incident reports (PIRs)/defect status
• Coordinate scheduling of testing staff, test activities, and meetings
• Provide training and mentoring of testing team members
