Job Details



We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive architectural and data design decisions for our Corporate Responsibility Technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about technology, skilled in Salesforce, and eager to mentor junior developers.


Responsibilities



  • Lead the design and development of innovative solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, supporting programs in volunteerism, grants, and donations.

  • Guide junior developers in architectural best practices and data design, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.

  • Automate business processes using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, APEX, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and business leaders to deliver strategically sound system solutions.

  • Integrate new tools and technologies to enhance our digital commerce capabilities.


Skills Required



  • Strong experience with git/version control.

  • Proficient in Salesforce APEX or similar languages (Java, C#, etc.).

  • Salesforce Developer or Architecture Certification is a plus.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and understanding of business processes.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 5 plus years of experience in front-end development with modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, Vue).
