This role requires advanced technical knowledge and experience of media production, advanced audio-visual system solutions and providing high-level media and technical support to company personnel and senior executives. A Media Technician II is responsible for advanced set up and operations, in addition to maintaining audio and video equipment for events, meetings and large-scale productions. In depth knowledge in voice and data applications, managing and coordinating projects while simultaneously identifying, analyzing, and documenting problem resolutions. Collaborate with event coordinators and customers to understand their media needs and ensure seamless execution from start to finish. This position is customer facing, including executive staff that requires strong attention to detail of media operations and delivering exceptional service and support.

responsibilities:
- Intermediate experience in professional audio-visual equipment and production, including Digital Audio mixers, HD video switching consoles as well as stage lighting, camera operation and more.
- Experience with postproduction editing. Able to cut, edit and color correct videos for in person and virtual events. Able to balance and clean up audio quality for best distribution results.
- Provides advanced media system support to end users, responding to event requests and service calls to troubleshoot and resolve all media related issues. This includes day-to-day operations for conference room technology with advance technical systems for executive level infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs and providing consistent support.
qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in Audio-visual Production or a similar role.
skills: - Advanced organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of control systems for fixed room technology - Handle multiple complex projects while interacting with a variety of technical personnel and departments.
- Ability to drive and operate company vehicles with powered lift gates. - Proficient in operating corporate vehicles with the highest regard to safety and efficiency. Able to load and secure equipment for travel. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to travel to other cities; often includes overnight stay and accommodations.
