Contract: W2, Contract Role
Location: Onsite - San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate: 90-100/HR W2 (Depending on Experience)


Job Description:

Our client, is looking for a skilled AV Event Technician to support high-profile internal and external events at their San Francisco headquarters. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with advanced audio-visual experience who thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments. You ll be an integral part of a team responsible for delivering seamless, impactful AV experiences across a variety of hybrid and in-person corporate events.


Responsibilities:

  • Support All-Hands meetings and internal/external Tier 1 & Tier 2 events

  • Set up and break down AV infrastructure for scheduled events

  • Integrate video conferencing and communication platforms into physical meeting spaces

  • Troubleshoot AV issues in real-time and maintain equipment functionality

  • Collaborate with Workplace and Facilities teams on event space readiness

  • Build technical plans for recurring events (e.g., quarterly reviews, leadership meetings)

  • Provide training and oversight to Level 1 AV technicians

  • Recommend AV equipment purchases and upgrades as needed


Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Proven experience supporting live AV events in corporate or enterprise settings

  • Expertise with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and AV hardware

  • Strong troubleshooting, time management, and customer service skills

  • Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders

  • Experience training junior team members or Level 1 technicians

  • Comfortable working onsite in San Francisco, CA
