Job Description:
Apex Systems is partnering with a large company in New York looking to hire two Business Analysts. These are contract to hire roles that will sit onsite 3-days a week in Nassau County NY.
Their customers are internal. They provide products for the Field Service and Sales Support teams.
Overview of the role/project:
Role: This is a front-line operations role. They are essentially aiming to protect customer experience. The Business Analyst are refining and refining functional and technical requirements for service and delivery. They are involved from installation through when a customer decides to disconnect.
These Business Analyst will support both software development projects and product launches.
MUST HAVES:
-Mid-level Business Analysts
-Experience Gathering and documenting (Business Requirements ,Process Flows, and User Stories)
-Experience with Epics / Product Backlog
Agile/Scrum
-Facilitation - Cross Functional Communication at all levels of the organization
