Description
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our team in Woodbury Minnesota. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and business needs, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective system solutions. Your work will involve analyzing requirements, configuring Salesforce systems, and supporting organizational adoption of new functionalities.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
Evaluate functional requirements and contribute to the creation of business cases for system and process improvements.
Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Develop clear and detailed system specifications for change requests and new functionalities, ensuring efficient delivery by external developers.
Test and validate new system developments to guarantee quality and alignment with business needs.
Provide user support for Salesforce reports and dashboards, including access management through incident management tools like ServiceNow.
Facilitate the adoption of Salesforce updates and enhancements across the organization.
Ensure integration with other tools, such as Field Service, SightCall, and Butler PDF
Requirements
A minimum of five years of experience in systems analysis or Salesforce administration.
Proven expertise with the Salesforce platform, including at least one Salesforce certification.
Experience working with Sales and Service Cloud, as well as Knowledge and Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and tools like Gearset is a strong advantage.
Broad understanding of marketing, sales, and service business processes, preferably in an international setting.
Proficiency in tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system challenges.
Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
