Job Details

The Windchill Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing programs using PTC Windchill. This role involves overseeing implementation, configuration and transformation activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

Drive overall Windchill PLM program planning, execution, and governance.

Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Manage project milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Windchill Expertise

Windchill configuration, customization, and integration.

Lead EBOM to MBOM transformation and BOM data loading.

Ensure compliance with PLM best practices and standards.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements and roadmaps.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Provide regular status updates and reporting.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 10+ years in PLM program management.

Proven expertise in PTC Windchill modules (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink).

Strong understanding of configuration management and manufacturing BOMs.

Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Hands-on experience with Windchill integrations and PLM solutioning.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor, automotive, or manufacturing industries.

Background in large-scale PLM transformations.

Add ons:

Implement SDLC practices (Agile/Waterfall).

Drive process improvements and performance management.

Certifications:

PMP, Agile, or equivalent preferred.
