Job Title: CRM Administrator / Project Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Onsite )

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator / Project Coordinator with experience in Oracle Service Cloud and medium-scale project coordination. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the CRM platform while coordinating cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration
- Configure and maintain CRM settings, user profiles, workspaces, workflows, message templates, surveys, campaigns, and permissions.
- Perform testing and verification for custom code, vendor software releases, patches, and add-ons.
- Collaborate with contact center staff and business analysts to identify and implement operational improvements and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical teams (developers, DBAs, system administrators) to ensure system availability and execute business continuity tests.
- Manage data integrity including imports, migrations, integrations, and cleanup.
- Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and support for IT projects and systems, including code migration, change control, and application security.
- Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within the Oracle Service Cloud suite.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams.
- Maintain project documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), test plans/results, project plans, and meeting notes.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings to ensure updates and timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in CRM administration, data management, reporting tools, campaigns, surveys, and Intelligent Advisor.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 3 years of CRM administration experience (Oracle Service Cloud preferred, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics acceptable).
- 1 2 years of project coordination or project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in the public sector.
