IAM - Information Security Analyst | Banking Experience | Local to Virginia

Role: IAM / Info Sec Analyst
Location: Reston VA - onsite 3 days per week

Job Description:

• Resolve application issues, client communications and actively engage in support and operations.
• Respond to trouble/support calls for applications in production in order to make quick repair to keep application running in production.
• Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies.
• Participate in all team ceremonies including planning, grooming, product demonstration and team retrospectives.
• Understand and utilize DevOps tool stack to build, inspect, deploy, test and promote new or updated features.
• Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts.
• Ex: detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams or design documents.
• Work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed.
• AWS; Familiar with other cloud services like azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Good Communication and Articulation skills
• Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
• Prior Identity and Access Management experience
• Experience with customer support
• Experience writing technical documentation and providing guidance to other teams.
• Excel proficiency
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, MyServices, etc
