Title: Call Center Professional
Location: Aldie VA
Work Type: Remote
Duration: 4 Months Contract-to-Hire
Ideal Candidate Profile: Seeking empathetic Call Center Professionals with a passion for helping individuals by providing accurate and consistent information regarding various State of MD benefit programs. Candidates should be detail-oriented, quick to learn new systems, and possess strong communication skills. They should deliver high-quality customer service, and strictly maintains the confidentiality of sensitive personal and health information.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals by providing accurate information and guidance related to unemployment benefits and eligibility.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner via phone, email, or online systems.
- Ensure consistent and accurate communication by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while resolving issues effectively and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document interactions and update records accurately in internal systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Customer-focused team player with a genuine passion for helping individuals and supporting community needs.
- Strong PC proficiency, including experience with data entry and multiple applications, with the ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Detail-oriented and fast learner with the ability to follow procedures and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
