Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Managed Services Technical Lead to manage a handful of support-managed services accounts. This is not a delivery role or an implementation role.The customer has already gone live. Remote role (possibly kick off the week onsite to meet the team, but 95% remote).
Skill:
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud applications or infrastructure (ERP, HCM, SCM, or OCI).
- Experience in managed services or support account management.
- Strong troubleshooting, escalation handling, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
