Job Details

Our client, a healthcare customer located in Virginia, is looking to hire a Level 2 Systems Integration Analyst for a full-time remote role. There will be an on-call rotation cycling through analysts, of after hours, weekend, & holiday support. The Systems Integration Analyst performs work associated with the engineering, maintenance, operation, and support of the organization's critical system's integration architecture responsible for the secure exchange of health and business data/information between systems, devices and applications both across the enterprise and with external cloud services, customers and partners.

The Analyst will analyze data as required to support integration engineering and troubleshooting efforts as well as monitor integration performance using dashboards and reports and integration error work queues. The Analyst will troubleshoot & resolve integration issues & errors and also monitor vendor maintenance & release schedules. Along with this, comes the responsibility of analyzing the impact of vendor upgrades & new releases in advance of changes.

The Analyst will update integration connections and update vendor specific public & private keys and also maintain integration CMDB inventory. The Analyst will work tickets in various incident and request queues.

Required Skills:

  • 3 years Systems Integration or relevant experience (EPIC preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Integration engineering concepts and techniques.
  • Understanding of integration engine usage, tools and, technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or Engineering
  • Experience performing systems design using modeling tools (e.g. Visio) to prepare Integration Architecture diagrams.
  • Ability to engineer integration translation tables.
  • Experience preparing Data Flow and Business Process Flow diagrams
  • Ability to define & execute integration test scenarios.
  • Understanding of common data standards and data exchange methods
