Job Description
You will be a Systems Integration & Test Engineer and Field Missile Activity (FMA) Lead at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Grand Prairie, TX, responsible for leading a diverse field team in sustaining the PATRIOT Advanced Capability III (PAC-3) missiles in the United States and international partner locations. What You Will Be Doing
As an FMA Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in performing software upgrades, integration, and testing of PAC-3 missiles. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, managing field team logistics, and preparing for and leading meetings. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the completion and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) artifacts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a diverse field team in sustaining PAC-3 missiles
Reviewing and approving test plans and procedures for system and sub-system integration
Maintaining and implementing field installation, integration, and test schedules
Coordinating with customers, field team logistics, and other stakeholders
Delivering completion reports to the program, customer, and logistics departments
Ensuring the field team is staffed, trained, and adaptable to support customer requirements

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
