Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Accessibility Trainer to help teams improve and maintain accessibility across digital assets. This role is responsible for training agency staff, testers, developers, and content owners on accessibility standards, remediation practices, and CMS platform usage. The trainer will also design scalable learning paths, provide expert coaching, and support statewide compliance efforts.

Required Experience

Training & Instruction: 4+ years delivering training programs, preferably accessibility focused.

Education: Bachelor s degree in education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.

CMS Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore or similar CMS.

Content Development, Project Management, Vendor Coordination:
