This role will contribute to the modernization of warehouse operations and supply chain execution through advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure technologies, engaging deeply with both business partners and IT stakeholders. This position follows a hybrid schedule and requires candidates to be located within the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Translate sophisticated warehousing and supply chain requirements into scalable configurations across D365 F&O, especially within Warehouse Management modules
  • Partner with operations, logistics, and technical teams to implement optimized warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment processes
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis, define specifications, design solutions, and guide end users through training and deployment within WMS environments
  • Support inbound/outbound workflows, mobile device setups, label printing integrations, cycle counting, replenishment logic, and inventory controls
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues tied to D365 WMS functionality, integrations, and performance
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure solutions adhere to best practices, stability standards, and long-term maintainability
  • Facilitate and document testing scenarios, resolve defects, and build automated tests to enhance quality assurance
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit trails within warehouse and inventory processes through controls and system-driven validations


Are You a Proven D365 WMS Specialist Ready to Make an Impact?

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of related work experience within supply chain, warehouse operations, or technical ERP/WMS roles
  • Minimum 5 years working with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, with emphasis on Warehouse Management configuration, implementation, optimization, and post-go-live support
  • Experience integrating warehouse processes with procurement, transportation, order fulfillment, and multi-site distribution models
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Warehouse layouts, location directives, work templates, wave processing, packing/shipping stations
  • Inventory tracking, statuses, reservations, cycle counting, and replenishment strategies
  • Inbound/outbound design, including put-away logic, picking workflows, load planning, and shipping management
  • RF/mobile device workflow configuration, including menu creation and optimization
  • Label printing systems (Zebra, Bartender) and warehouse documentation workflows
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
  • Background with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and integrations supporting warehouse and SCM functions
  • Experience with data migration specific to warehouse environments (inventory balances, shipment data, location structures)
  • Understanding of SOX or similar compliance standards related to inventory and warehouse traceability
  • Ability to prioritize work in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments
  • Experience collaborating effectively across warehouse operations, logistics, procurement, IT, vendors, and implementation partners
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Microsoft Certified: D365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330)
  • Microsoft Certified: D365 Warehouse Management Functional Consultant Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or similar Power Platform credentials
