Data Analyst

Soni Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data & Business Analyst to lead reporting and analytics for our Product Connectivity Team. This role will play a pivotal part in using data to uncover trends, drive strategic decisions, and optimize operational performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key stakeholders.
  
• Create forecasting and predictive models to support business planning and decision-making.
  
• Translate business needs into data requirements and collaborate with IT on system integration.
  
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through data.
  
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
  
• Automate reporting processes and support ad hoc analysis as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  
• 6-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
  
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical tools like R or Python.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and predictive modeling is a plus.
