Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Six Sigma Process Analyst in Des Moines, IA (Hybrid).

Contract Duration: 12 Months + extensions/conversion

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience,
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong capability in analyzing and interpreting large operational data sets to 'tell the story' and drive performance insights and recommendations
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. power BI, Tableau) and/or experience designing OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, or balanced scorecards for operational teams is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, especially for executive updates.
  • Experience in process design, documentation, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of business process usage in customer communications.
  • Strong Excel experience - creating spreadsheets, etc.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services or advisory operations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder input.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.


Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience bridging business and technical teams to drive clarity and alignment.
  • Background in operations, compliance, or business analysis.
  • Experience with workflow tools or form management systems.
  • Knowledge of advisory services and client documentation practices.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Design and document a cohesive, end-to-end process for form creation and modification.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure process transparency and consistency.
  • Recommend tools or frameworks to support ongoing process governance.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of existing legacy processes related to forms management.
  • Clearly separate and document "how we do it today" from "how it should be done in the future."
  • Drive modernization efforts
