Job Title: Onsite Liaison Engineer - (CAD Data Conversion)
Location: Incheon, Korea (Onsite)

Summary: As an Onsite Liaison Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for a major CAD data conversion project from CATIA to Creo. You will work closely with customer cross-functional teams (CFT) and offshore teams to define, manage, and validate CAD data and requirements. This role demands strong technical expertise in CAD conversion, familiarity with highway and construction equipment, and fluency in Korean for seamless communication.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Act as the onsite lead, coordinating between the customer CFT team and offshore team for CAD data conversion activities.
Gather and clarify requirements at the customer site and communicate effectively with offshore teams.
Manage CAD data and requirements using CATIA & Creo, ensuring full traceability and alignment with project objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, simulation, validation, integration) to ensure cross-functional requirement integration.
Validate technical requirements and ensure compliance with customer standards.
Support development of Design Verification Methods (DVMs) and ensure requirements are testable and verifiable.
Participate in technical reviews, change control boards, and issue resolution activities.
Drive continuous improvement in requirements engineering practices and digital workflows.
Ensure traceability between stakeholder needs, system requirements, and test cases.
Participate in design reviews, FMEAs, and validation planning to ensure requirements coverage.
Lead requirements change management and impact analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Essential:
Strong technical background with knowledge of highway and construction equipment systems.
Solid understanding of CATIA & Creo CAD tools.
Proven experience in CAD data conversion projects.
Familiarity with requirements management tools and system engineering principles.
Excellent communication skills in Korean and English (verbal and written).
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in material handling or off-highway equipment design and development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
