Job Details

This DFW based company is the financial services division of a major automotive manufacturer, providing vehicle financing and leasing options to customers and dealerships. The company offers retail financing, leasing, and commercial lending to support the sale of vehicles. Its services are designed to make vehicle ownership and fleet management more accessible and convenient.

This company is hiring a Senior .NET Engineer to develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server in a collaborative, Agile environment. Required Skills And Experience
  • Advanced experience with C# and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and SOLID design patterns.
  • Proficiency in backend development with SQL Server and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and design.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in version control using Git.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend .NET technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading development efforts and mentoring junior developers.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions in a collaborative team environment.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)
  • Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
  • Exposure to Salesforce integration or enterprise service buses (ESB)
  • Hands-on with monitoring/logging tools like ELK Stack, Splunk, or Application Insights
  • Front-end experience with frameworks like Angular or React
  • Understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture (EDA)
  • Certifications in Azure or Microsoft technologies
What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications using C# and .NET Core.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to define technical solutions.
  • Implement and maintain microservices and APIs with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability.
  • Integrate cloud services (especially Azure) and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
  • Ensure software security, compliance, and documentation standards are met.

The Offer
