Job Details

Job Title: Supply Chain Processor
Job Type: W2 Contract - 12 months
Location: Remote
Schedule: M - F 40/hrs week
Pay Rate: $22 - 30 / hour
Position Overview:
This position will work with internal teams and external providers to manage and optimize the global order-to-cash process, ensuring efficient and compliant international shipments. This role requires strong organizational skills, global trade knowledge, and experience with ERP systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Shipment Management
  • Oversee sourcing, transportation, and delivery throughout the global supply chain.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry, pricing, and fulfillment for international shipments.
Export Compliance
  • Apply export regulatory policies and procedures to all outbound shipments.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation in compliance with global regulations.
Process & Data Management
  • Set up and maintain customer and material data in ERP systems.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job aids to improve efficiency.
ERP & Change Management
  • Support ERP deployment by developing testing scenarios and assisting with order and transportation management during transitions.
  • Share best practices within the team to support knowledge transfer and process improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of combined experience providing direct customer service and/or working in a client-facing role with cross-border product transactions.
    • 2+ years of experience with Incoterms, international transportation, freight forwarders, and/or global sourcing.
    • 2+ years of experience working with global companies in a matrixed environment, engaging with divisions, subsidiaries, and end customers.
    • Experience generating, analyzing, and presenting sales reports in a clear and actionable format.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in SAP (preferred).
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs.
    • Knowledge of foreign trade, logistics, or related fields.
