Role: Lead - MarTech Measurement Platforms
Location: Remote-USA

Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical platform owner and SME for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Media Mix Modeling tools, and content performance platforms within MarTech.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Optimization team to support journey measurement and attribution by configuring and enabling use cases in CJA.
- Design and manage schema, segments, and data views that enable scalable and consistent journey and campaign measurement.
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboard templates, tagging taxonomies, and reporting frameworks for enterprise-wide use.
- Partner with Data & Analytics and Digital Insights Optimization teams to ensure alignment on tagging, taxonomy, and data readiness across platforms.
- Ensure proper data ingestion and integration across systems, collaborating with D&A and Engineering as needed.
- Support platform expansion across the organization, partners, and international markets, with an eye toward scale and governance.
- Provide technical documentation, admin guidance, and enablement resources to business and technical users.
- Liaise with vendors and internal tech teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and monitor platform performance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, data operations, or marketing technology.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including schema design, segment logic, and RTCDP integration.
- Proficiency in creating and managing scalable dashboards and templates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tagging architecture, data views, and taxonomy across multiple systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution (MTA), and content performance measurement platforms.
- Adobe certifications (CJA, AEP, AJO, Target) are a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL or query services such as Adobe Query Service or BigQuery.
- Experience supporting sports, media, or entertainment brands.
- Background working in matrixed organizations with federated analytics teams.
