  • Testing, Training & Documentation: Thoroughly test all solutions for quality and reliability. Document workflows, app configurations, and AI bot behaviors. Provide user guides or training sessions to employees for new tools, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support & Maintenance: Monitor the performance of deployed flows, apps, and bots. Troubleshoot issues and debug errors as they arise. Provide ongoing support to end-users, and periodically update solutions to leverage new Microsoft 365 features or address changing business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (ie. Power Automate), SharePoint, or Copilot Studio (or a combination thereof) is required, and development of custom Copilot Agents is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online is a must. Solid understanding of SharePoint configuration (sites, lists, permissions) and ability to use SharePoint Framework (SPFx) or scripting for customization. Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, JSON) and PowerShell for Microsoft 365 is helpful. Ability to integrate data via connectors or APIs; knowledge of Dataverse and SQL databases is a plus.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business processes into automated solutions. Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in financial data handling and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders. Able to gather requirements, explain technical concepts in plain language, and train users on new tools. Prior experience collaborating with business teams (Finance, HR, etc.) on technology projects is preferred.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects or multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
