IT Manager Digital Transformation & Business Systems
We re in search of a forward-thinking IT Manager to drive the digital agenda for our business unit. In this leadership role, you ll be responsible for aligning advanced technology strategies with core business priorities maximizing system performance, driving digital innovation, and enabling operational agility. As the go-to IT advisor for business leadership, you will manage enterprise platforms such as ERP and PLM, oversee key transformation initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams through complex implementations.
Role Highlights
Operate as the strategic IT liaison for the business unit, translating business objectives into scalable technology initiatives.
Lead the management and continuous improvement of mission-critical platforms including ERP, PLM, and related digital tools.
Architect and drive the digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
Champion automation and data-driven enhancements that elevate efficiency and innovation across functions.
Oversee end-to-end project execution from scope and resource planning to delivery and impact assessment.
Gather business requirements and convert them into actionable technology solutions through team leadership and cross-functional execution.
Manage vendor partnerships with a focus on performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Direct change management strategies to support user adoption and business continuity during technology rollouts.
Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks such as IT SOX, NIST 800, and CMMC, along with internal IT policies.
Required Skills
A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
7+ years of experience in IT management roles, particularly those focused on enterprise platforms and digital enablement.
Deep expertise in managing and integrating ERP, PLM, CRM, and business intelligence solutions.
Solid foundation in SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
Proficiency with modern technologies such as cloud computing, AI, analytics, IoT, and cybersecurity protocols.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a record of delivering impactful results across functional boundaries.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
A structured and detail-oriented approach to managing priorities, risks, and project timelines.
Experience in strategic planning, organizational change, and process optimization within IT.
